This is the sentence I’d like you all to finish. Here’s the deal…so I’m driving down Roosevelt going…well I don’t know where I was going. I was following my inner “crave compass” to the land of munchies (hehe) and it lead me to the promised land! The gates of heaven (on the corner of Roosevelt and Western) The pearly white doors of WHITE CASTLE!!!! What a city! White Castle is a big deal in NYC and I haven’t found a place that could feed the CRAVE since. I’m sure that every Castle dwelling Chicagoan can feel me on this so…in honor of my discovery, i’d like you to finish the sentence.I’ll start!

You know ur from chicago when u know someone polish!!!! wether its ur cleaning lady that teaches u dirty words in polish, that total FOB next door who rocks sandals and socks or your best friend who hits zero gravity in armani xchange jeans, gelled hair and techno music blasting so loud off their iPods that it hits a 3 on the richter scale, it’s like we are EVERYWHERE. Not only that, but we make up the majority of the population that rents out the lake motels in wisconsin on the three day weekends along with the rest of the chicago commutes. And although mayor daley may claim that the irish rep the better parade, he has OBVIOULSY never been to the after hours parties on belmont and downtown after the May 3rd parade.
