It’s adapted from a fiction series about a world where vampires have “come-out” to the public because the Japanese developed “Tru-Blood.” This synthetic beverage means they don’t have to feed on humans for survival and they can come out of hiding. Lame concept, but the books are great! The author is Charlaine Harris.
