The Sears Tower opened “The Ledge” to the public today. The Ledge is a 4-foot glass balcony that’s suspended 1,353 feet above the ground on the 103rd floor. It provides a panoramic view of Chicago, provided the walls aren’t covered in accidents. CRAZY!!!!!

is it safe? what happens if a terrorist or a snipper comes? I am thinking about what would happen after this. I don’t want to set you down and say its a stupid idea, but is it really worth it? what about my 78 year old grandma, If she came up there and saw it she would get a heart attack. my uncle would be like “wow this is cool.” but that’s just my view on this.
And to all or most of Chicago it is still SEARS TOWER after 35 years.
