RULES FOR GENERIC CONTESTS

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

Unless otherwise specified by Radio Station WBBM-FM (the "Station"), these rules cover routine contests and promotions conducted by the Station. These rules may be amended by separate specific rules for major contests or promotions conducted by the Station or its sponsors.

The contest or promotion (the "Promotion") will take place during the dates and times specified in the official rules of the Promotion (the "Promotion Period") or as announced on-air. The Station may change the dates and/or terms of the Promotion without prior notice. Any material changes will be broadcast on the Station and, if applicable, posted on its website located at B96.com.

Promotions conducted on-air that require telephone responses to "cues to call" are only official when heard on-air via radio. Due to delays with the Station's online streaming of its broadcast signal, listeners to the online stream may not be able to participate in or be disadvantaged in participating in certain Promotions.

To be eligible to enter or participate in the Promotion, listeners must follow the instructions set forth in the official rules of the Promotion or as announced on-air and must fulfill all of the eligibility requirements of the Promotion. Unless otherwise specified, the Promotion is open to all listeners of the Station who are legal U.S. residents and reside in the B96 listening area in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin and Michigan. Employees of the Station, its licensee, the licensee's parent, subsidiary and affiliated entities, Station's advertising and promotional agencies, its participating sponsors, other radio stations in the B96 listening area in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin and Michigan metropolitan area and the members of their immediate families and/or households are ineligible to participate or win. Only one winner per household is permitted in any Station-conducted Promotion. For on-air Promotions, there is no limit to the number of times a listener may attempt to call-in or text; however a listener may only qualify once.

Entrants are required to provide truthful information and the Station will reject and delete any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent. The Station will disqualify any entry from individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements, and the Station will also delete any online entry knowingly received from persons under the age of 13 in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act.

Promotion prizes and their values will be indicated when the Station announces the Promotion. Unless otherwise announced, all prizes or prize certificates must be picked up at the offices of the Station located at 180 N Stetson, Chicago, IL 60601. Prizes may be claimed during regular business hours (between 9:00am and 5:00pm, Monday through Friday). Promotion winner(s) will be required to present valid government-issued photo identification and provide their complete address, date of birth and phone number to claim a prize. Unless otherwise permitted by the Station, winner(s) must claim his or her prize in person, and a prize cannot be claimed by third parties on behalf of the winner. If a Promotion is open to entrants under the age of 18 and a winner is under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must claim the prize. Failure to comply with these requirements will result in the forfeiture of the prize. A winner will forfeit any prize or prize certificate not claimed within thirty (30) days (or sooner for time sensitive prizes) of winning. Unless otherwise specified or required by law, if a prize is not claimed no alternate winner will be selected and the prize will become the property of the Station. The Station, solely at its discretion and only with the consent of the winner, may opt to deliver the prize to the winner by mail. In such event, the winner assumes the risk of the prize's loss and the Station will not be responsible for the safe arrival of the prize or prize certificate. There is no substitution, transfer or cash equivalent for prizes, except that the Station may, at its sole discretion, substitute prizes of comparable value or cash. Each prize is expressly limited to the item(s) announced by the Station and does not include taxes, gratuities or any other expenses. Other restrictions may apply.

Decisions of the Station's management with respect to the Promotion are final.

Potential winner(s) will be selected and notified of their prize in the manner announced by the Station. Promotion winner(s) must execute and return any required Affidavit of Eligibility and/or Release of Liability Prize Acceptance Form within seven (7) days of winning or being notified of winning (or sooner for time sensitive prizes) or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return the required affidavit of eligibility and/or liability/publicity release within the required time period, or if a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize.

Payments of all federal, state and local taxes related to the award of a prize are solely the responsibility of the winner of the prize. The winner will be required to complete and submit an IRS Form W-9 with the winner's full Social Security Number or the equivalent for receipt of any prize valued at $600 or more or for any prizes awarded by the Station (or any other CBS Radio station in Station's market) in a calendar year with an aggregate value of $600 or more and such winnings will be reported to the IRS. Failure to submit a complete W-9 or equivalent will result in forfeiture of the prize.

By participating in the Promotion, the winner(s) agree to have his or her name, voice and likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material related to such Promotion, without further compensation, and (where permitted by law) to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize.

Prior to awarding any prize or prize certificate, the Station in its sole discretion may require the winner of such prize (and his or her travel companion(s), if any) to sign a liability release, which holds harmless the Station, its licensee, its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated entities, their respective officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives and all of their successors and assigns against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the Promotion. The Station is not responsible for (i) lost, stolen, mangled, misdirected, postage due, illegible, incomplete or late entries; (ii) telephone or mobile service outages, delays, busy signals, facsimile transmission errors, equipment malfunctions and any other technological difficulties that may prevent an individual from completing his/her telephone call or from sending a text message (if applicable, standard text messaging fees may apply, and the Station is not responsible for any fees incurred by an entrant for this method of entry); or (iii) entries not received due to difficulty accessing the internet, service outage or delays, computer difficulties or other technical difficulties.

Station reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Promotion if it is not capable of completion as planned, including, without limitation, as a result of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort. The Station reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the Promotion, including, without limitation, the substitution of a prize or equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement. If due to circumstances beyond the control of the Station, any event related to the Promotion or prize is delayed, rescheduled, postponed, cancelled or has a change of venue, the Station reserves the right, but is not obligated, to cancel or modify the Promotion and shall not be required to award a substitute prize. The Station is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the Promotion, or in the announcement of a prize.

The Station, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Station's website. Failure to comply with the rules of the Promotion may result in a contestant's disqualification and/or forfeiture of any prize or prizes. If the Station makes a good faith determination that an entrant has cheated or committed fraudulent activity in connection with a Promotion, the Station reserves the right to disqualify that entrant from entering and/or winning future Promotions.

For the official rules of a Promotion, send a self-addressed stamped envelope for receipt by the end of the Promotion Period toB96 Radio, 180 N Stetson, Chicago, IL 60601, Attn: Promotion Rules. For the names of the prize winners send a self-addressed stamped envelope for receipt within 60 days following the end of the Promotion Period to the attention of Promotion Winner Lists at the above address. In either case please be sure to specify the name of the Promotion for which you are requesting the rules or winners list. Official rules and winner lists (when completed) shall also be available during regular business hours at the main offices of the Station and shall be posted online at B96.com.

If you are accessing these rules on the Station's website or entering the Promotion on said website, you are deemed to agree to the Station's website's Terms of Use Agreement located at B96.com and to the use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy located at B96.com.

B96 and Nokia's "Rihanna Live in London Contest" ("Contest") will begin on or around 3:00pm on 11/7/2009 and will end on or around 4:00pm on 11/7/09.

To participate in the Contest, you may enter via the following method(s):

Via Text Message:
Listen to the Station on 11/7/09 beginning at approximately 3:00pm CT and ending on 11/7/09 at approximately 4:00pm CT for the on-air personality to play the song RUN THIS TOWN by Jay Z and Rihanna. Upon hearing the song, text the word LONDON to the B96 short code '29696'. Any entry received outside of the Promotion Period will be ineligible. The Station is not responsible for telephone service outages, delays, equipment malfunctions and any other technological difficulties that may prevent an individual from sending a text message. Message and Data rates may apply to each text message sent or received, including error messages. You will be charged for each text message sent or received according the terms of the service agreement with your wireless carrier. Proof of text message sent does not constitute proof of receipt. Listen to the Station on 11/7/09 beginning at approximately 3:00pm CT and ending on 11/7/09 at approximately 4:00pm CT for the on-air personality to play the song RUN THIS TOWN by Jay Z and Rihanna. Upon hearing the song, Log onto HYPERLINK "http://vibescm.com/amoe" http://vibescm.com/amoe and follow the instructions to enter the Promotion. The keyword is LONDON and the B96 shortcode is 29696. Only one internet entry per person and one internet entry per email address is permitted. Internet entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning an email address or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. All entries submitted become the sole property of the Station and will not be acknowledged or returned. Use of any device to automate entry is prohibited. Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by Station. Station's computer is the official time keeping device for the Promotion. The Station is not responsible for entries not received due to difficulty accessing the internet, service outage or delays, computer difficulties and other technological problems. All entrants must agree to the Station's online submission release in order to submit his or her entry.

All text and online entries get automatically combined on a real time basis. The 9,630th entry received during the Promotion Period will win a prize, upon confirmation of eligibility. If the 9,630 entry is not eligible, the next entry received will win.

The Station is not responsible for telephone service outages, delays, busy signals, equipment malfunctions and any other technological difficulties that may prevent an individual from completing his/her text message. The Station is not responsible for entries not received due to difficulty accessing the internet, service outage or delays, computer difficulties or other technological glitches. Contest ends 11/7/09 once one (1) winner has been selected.

The Song will be played one (1) time during the Promotion Period.

ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS

The contest is open to all persons who are 18 years of age or older and who reside in the B96 listening area in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin and Michigan and possess a valid government-issued photo ID. Employees of Nokia, Inc., CBS Radio Inc., WBBM-FM (the "Station"), its licensee, the licensee's parent, subsidiary and affiliated entities, Station's advertising and promotional agencies, its participating sponsors, other radio stations in the Chicago metropolitan area, the members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, sibling or child) and those living in the same household of each (whether related or not), are ineligible to enter or win. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. (Nokia, Inc., CBS Radio, and the Station shall be collectively referred to as the "Contest Entities")

Only one winner per household is permitted in any Contest administered by the Station.

Entrants are required to provide truthful information and the Station will reject and delete any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent. The Station will disqualify any entry from individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements, and, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, the Station will also delete any entry knowingly received from persons under the age of 13.

PRIZES:

One (1) Prize: a trip for two (2) for winner and guest (over 18) to London, England from November 14 2009 to November 17 2009 to see Rihanna perform. Trip will include round-trip coach class airfare for two (2) persons departing from the major U.S. airport nearest to winner's home (as determined by Administrator), three (3) night standard double occupancy hotel accommodations (one room), and two (2) tickets to attend the private show on November 16th, 2009, venue TBD. Approximate Retail Value: $4,000.00, but will vary depending on travel origination and fares in effect at the time of departure. Certain travel restrictions may apply. Travel arrangements must be made through Administrator's designee or agent on a carrier of Administrator's choice. No prize substitutions, cash equivalent, or transfer of prizes permitted except at the sole discretion of the Contest Entities. Prize subject to availability and the Contest Entities reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to award a prize of greater or equal value if the advertised prize is unavailable. If winner cannot travel on dates specified by Contest Entities, winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected. All other costs not specifically stated herein, including, but not limited to, taxes, meals, tips and ground transportation, are the responsibility of the winner. Taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner. Winner and travel companion must travel on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents including passports. In addition, travel companion of Winner must be 18 years of age or older. Winner and travel companion are responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) where applicable, at their option, and hereby acknowledge that the Contest Entities have not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. Winner and travel companion must sign a Publicity, Liability Waiver and Travel Release form prior to traveling. If a selected event is unable to take place as scheduled, for reasons such as cancellation, preemption, postponement or unavailability, or for any reason beyond the control of the Contest Entities, the Contest Entities' sole responsibility to a Winner will be to award the remaining available portion of the prize and no substitution will be provided for unawarded portion of prize. Tickets are subject to terms and conditions as specified by issuer. Seat locations to be determined by Contest Entities. Contest Entities reserve the right remove or to deny entry to winner and/or guest if he/she engages in a disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the concert.

In the event that a prize or prize certificate is mailed to the winner, it will be with the prior written consent of the winner and therefore, winner assumes the risk of its loss. The Station is not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize or prize certificate.

SELECTION OF WINNERS

Decisions of the Station management with respect to the Promotion are final.
 
A total of one (1) winner will be selected during the Promotion Period as set forth in Section 1 above.
 
Odds of becoming a winner in-part depend on the number of eligible entries received.
 
Winners must listen to participate, but does not need to be present to win. 

Winners must execute and return any required affidavit of eligibility and/or liability/publicity release within 48 hours of winning or prize will be forfeited and no alternate winner will be chosen. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return the required affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within the required time period, or if a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, potential winner forfeits prize.

CONDITIONS

Prior to awarding any prize or prize certificate, the Station, in its sole discretion, may require Contest winner (and any travel companion(s) or guest(s)) to sign a liability release, agreeing to release and hold harmless Nokia, Inc., the Station, its licensee, each of their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated entities, their respective officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives and all of their successors and assigns from and against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize and participation in the Contest.

If for any reason this Contest cannot be executed as planned, including, but not limited to, as a result of infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Station that corrupt or affect the security, administration, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, or if the Contest is compromised or becomes technically corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, the Station reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Contest. If the Contest is terminated before the original end date, the Station reserves the right to select the winners by random drawing from among all eligible non-suspect entries received as of the termination time/date or otherwise modify the procedure for selecting winners.

The Station, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Station's website. Failure to comply with the rules of the Contest may result in a contestant's disqualification and/or forfeiture of any prize or prizes. If the Station makes a good faith determination that an entrant has cheated or committed fraudulent activity in connection with a Contest, the Station reserves the right to disqualify that entrant from entering and/or winning future Contests and to prosecute and seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The Station reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the Contest, including, without limitation, the substitution of a prize of equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement. If due to circumstances beyond the control of the Station, any competition or prize-related event or travel is delayed, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled, the Station reserves the right, but not the obligation, to cancel or modify the Contest and shall not be required to award a substitute prize.

The Contest Entities are not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the Contest or in the announcement of a prize.
