On Tuesday, AMERICAN IDOL’s newest judge,
Ellen DeGeneres, joins Simon Cowell, Kara
DioGuardi and Randy Jackson in Hollywood to
begin winnowing down the contestants. The golden
ticket contenders chosen from around the nation will
endure an intense rehearsal schedule and pressurepacked
auditions as they vie for a coveted spot
among the Top 24 on the all-new “Hollywood Round
#1” episode of AMERICAN IDOL.
On Wednesday, the pressure mounts as the
Hollywood Round contestants must perform once
again for Simon, Ellen, Kara and Randy in hopes of
securing a spot in the Top 24. |

PREVIEW EVENT
Psychologist Dr. Kate McGinn (Kelli Giddish) and her
partner, former detective Price Whatley (Nicholas
Bishop), attempt to help Noah (Cayden Boyd), a
teen suffering from regression episodes – repressed
memories from a past life – in which Noah remembers
a previous life’s kidnapping and murder. Together
with Dr. Malachi Talmadge (Richard Schiff) and Dr.
Rishi Karna (Ravi Patel), McGinn and Whatley work
to track down the perpetrator of a crime committed
14 years earlier in the “Pilot” series preview episode of
PAST LIFE.
SERIES PREMIERE
The team meets Corrine (Betty Gilpin), a young
woman dealing with addiction whose regression
episodes include graphic details of a violent crime
scene. Meanwhile, Kate (Kelli Giddish) and Price
(Nicholas Bishop) travel to Florida in hopes of
uncovering Corrine’s role in the crime, which could
also help save an innocent death row inmate from
execution in the “Dead Man Talking” series premiere

Vic is the hard-headed, stubborn stepdad who is
running the restaurant into the ground. Yolanda and
her daughter Patti are hoping that a good stern talk
from Gordon will be enough for Vic to face the facts.
When Gordon arrives and finds unsanitary conditions
and spoiled food in the kitchen, he shuts the
