No Purchase Necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Open Only to legal residents of the “Chicago Metropolitan Area” (defined as Cook, DeKalb, DuPage, Grundy, Kane, Kankakee, Kendall, LaSalle, Lake, McHenry and Will Counties in Illinois, and Jasper, LaPorte, Lake, Newton and Porter Counties in Indiana) who have a child or ward in first through eighth grade at a school located in the Chicago Metropolitan Area. Void where prohibited.

TO ENTER: Beginning at noon on 11/1/09 and ending at noon on 12/1/09, visit the Sobe Life Water display at CVS. All CVS locations can be found at http://www.cvs.com/CVSApp/store/storefinder. Then, go to b96.com and fill out the Sobe Life Water Jingle Bash entry form (on location while supplies last,) including full name, complete home address including city, state and zip code, phone number and e-mail address to enter the sweepstakes. Entries must be submitted by noon on 12/1/09 to be eligible for the drawing. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. One entry per e-mail address; duplicate entries from the same address will be deleted.

PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of 4 VIP tickets to the B96 Jingle Bash on December 12, 2009 at Allstate Arena Value, 2 rooms double occupancy (total of 4 people) for the night of 12/12/09 at the Aloft hotel, and $200 in gift certificates to Harry Caray’s restaurant: ARV: $700

DRAWING: One Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received for this Sweepstakes. Drawing will be conducted on or about 12/2/09 by representatives of WBBM-FM. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner need not listen nor be present to win.

ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open only to legal US residents residing in the Chicago Metropolitan Area, who are at least 18 years of age or older as of the date their entry is submitted. Winner will be required to sign all legal prize acceptance documents before prize will be awarded. Employees of Strack/Ultra, PepsiAmericas, Inc., PepsiCo, Inc., Pepsi-Cola Company and its bottlers, CVS, WBBM-FM, CBS Radio, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, distributors, suppliers and advertising, promotional or judging agencies (collectively, "Sponsor and Promotion Parties") and immediate family members and persons living in the same household of such employees, and immediate family members and persons living in the same household of such employees, are not eligible to win. Limit one prize per name, address or household.

GENERAL: No substitution of prize is offered, no transfer of prize to a third party is permitted and non-cash prizes may not be redeemed for cash value, except as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value in the event the published prize is unavailable. Any difference between the stated estimated retail value of the prize and actual value of prize will not be awarded. . Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. Prize winners will be solely responsible for paying all applicable federal, state and local taxes on prizes; if applicable, winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the retail value of the prize. No groups, clubs, newsletters or organizations may reproduce or distribute any portion of these Official Rules to its members. All entrants, as a condition of entry, agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding. Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Sweepstakes; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Sweepstakes; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of the Internet or the Web Site or any combination thereof; (e) any injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer which may be related to or result from any attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes or download of any materials in the Sweepstakes.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winner will be notified by phone, mail and/or e-mail at the phone number/address indicated on their entry form within 7 days of the drawing. Grand Prize winner will be required to claim his/her prize within seven (7) days of date of notification by signing and returning an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release. In the event (i) the required documents are not returned within 7 days (ii) mail is returned as undeliverable mail without a forwarding address or (iii) a telephone notification is not confirmed to Sponsor within twenty four (24) hours, or the winner cannot attend on the date specified, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from among all remaining entries. Any portion of prize not accepted by winner shall be forfeited. Upon forfeiture for any reason as stated herein, no compensation shall be given. If applicable, allow six to eight weeks for delivery of prize (except grand prize event) following completion of notification process. Sponsor is not responsible for prizes lost or misdelivered in the mail.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: All entrants, by participating in the Sweepstakes and by acceptance of a prize, agree to release WBBM-FM, CBS Radio, PepsiAmericas, Inc, PepsiCo Inc., Pepsi-Cola Company and its bottlers, CVS, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional or judging agencies from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to and/or from any prize-related activity (including the Grand Prize event) or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement or offering of any prize. Entrants acknowledge that the Sponsor and Promotion Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize, including but not limited to its quality, merchantability, mechanical condition or fitness for any particular purpose, except for any express manufacturer’s warranty as may be included with the prize. Winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to the prize after it has been delivered. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes if it is tampered with or corrupted in any manner and, in the event of cancellation, prizes will be awarded via a random drawing to be conducted from all eligible entries received as of the date of cancellation. Upon request, winner must consent (and confirm such consent in writing) to the use of their name, voice, picture or other likeness without compensation for promotional purposes in all media as determined by Sponsor and Promotion Parties. Void where prohibited by law. This Sweepstakes is governed and enforced pursuant to Illinois law, excluding choice of law provisions.

INTERNET/FORCE MAJEURE: If for any reason, this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, tampering, fraud, technical failure, or any other cause which corrupts or threatens the administration, security or integrity of the contest, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend the Sweepstakes or any portion thereof. ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE FAIR AND LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE CONTEST. Information submitted in Internet entries, including entrant's name, address, e-mail address, etc, shall become the property of Sponsor, and may be used by Sponsor for marketing or promotional purposes.
