HOW TO ENTER THE CONTEST

The B96 BURGER KING JONAS BROTHERS #1 FAN CONTEST (the “Contest”) will begin on Monday, June 22, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) and end on Monday, July 6, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. CT (the “Contest Dates”).
To participate in the Contest, log on to Contest webpage on B96.com and complete an entry form in its entirety and upload an original JPEG photo yourself dressed in your craziest Jonas Brothers styled fashion. Contestant must submit first name and last name, complete address, city, state, zip code, day time telephone number, date of birth, and a valid email address at time of entry. Judging will be conducted by the management of the Station based on creativity, individuality, and originality of the picture submitted. All picture submissions will become property of WBBM-FM and can be used, displayed or rebroadcast in any media without author’s approval. Contestants will be required to agree and consent to an online publicity release in connection with this Contest at the time of entry. Parents must sign on behalf of contestants who are younger than 18 years old. All entries must be received by July 6, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. CT
BY ENTERING THE CONTEST, CONTESTANTS CONSENT AND AGREE TO WBBM-FM’S UNLIMITED USE, EDITING, BROADCAST AND/OR PUBLICATION OF (OR DECISION NOT TO BROADCAST) THE CONTESTANT’S PHOTO. WBBM-FM, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any picture if such picture submission contains illegal, indecent or otherwise offensive material, or if such picture contains material whose content is deemed, at the sole discretion of WBBM-FM, to be unsuitable for public viewing, online posting on the WBBM-FM’s website, or broadcast on WBBM-FM.
Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Internet entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning an email address or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. All entries submitted become the sole property of WBBM-FM and will not be acknowledged or returned. Use of any device to automate entry is prohibited. Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by WBBM-FM. WBBM-FM’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Contest. WBBM-FM and its sponsors are not responsible for entries not received due to difficulty accessing the Internet, service outage or delays, computer difficulties and other technological problems.

2. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS

The Contest is open to all persons who are at least 13 years of age or older and reside in the Greater Chicago Area, Northwest Indiana, and Southern Wisconsin (the Chicago Arbitron Radio Metro). Employees of WBBM-FM (“the Station,”) its licensee, CBS Radio Inc., its parent, subsidiary and affiliated entities, its advertising and promotional agencies, participating sponsors, other radio stations in the Greater Chicago Metropolitan Area and the members of their immediate families and/or households are ineligible to participate to win. If winner is under the age of 18, he or she must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
Only one (1) winner per household is permitted in any contest administered by the Station.
Entrants are required to provide truthful information and the Station will reject and delete any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent. The Station will disqualify any entry from individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements. The Station will also delete any entry knowingly received from persons under the age of 13 in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.
Prize winners must show valid government-issued photo identification and sign and return all required releases in order to claim prize. Parents of winners under the age of 18 must sign on their behalf.

3. PRIZES:

One (1) Grand Prize package will be awarded. Grand Prize Winner will receive a custom JB branded BK Crown, two (2) tickets to the July 10, 2009 Jonas Brothers concert at the Allstate Arena and two (2) sound check passes for the July 10, 2009 Jonas Brothers concert at the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, IL Sound check time TBD. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize package: $125
Nine (9) Runner Up packages will be awarded. Each runner up package will include two (2) tickets to the July 10, 2009 Jonas Brothers concert at the Allstate Arena and two (2) sound check passes for the July 10, 2009 Jonas Brothers concert at the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, IL. ARV of each Runner Up package: $100. There is no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prizes, except that the Station may, at its sole discretion, substitute prizes of comparable value or cash. The prizes are expressly limited to the item(s) listed above and do not include taxes, gratuities, or any other expenses. Winners of tickets are subject to the terms and conditions as set forth by the issuer. Sponsor reserves the right to remove winner and/or guest from premises if winner and/or guest behaves in a disruptive manner, harasses or abuses others while at the concert or sound check events. Other restrictions may apply.

4. SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS

Decisions of Station management with respect to contest are final.
All winners will be selected by the Station management using the criteria set forth in Section 1b. above on July 6, 2009 at approximately 1:00pm CT. There will be one (1) Grand prize winner and nine (9) runners-up selected in this contest.
Winners will be notified by phone on the day of winner selection. If winner cannot be reached after two (2) days of notification attempt, winner forfeits prize and an alternate winner will not be picked. The winner must execute and return any required affidavit of eligibility and/or liability/publicity release within three (3) days of winning or prize will be forfeited. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return the required affidavit of eligibility and/or liability/publicity release within the required time period, or if a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize.
Entrants need not listen nor be present to win.

5. CONDITIONS

Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner. The winner will be required to complete and submit an IRS Form W-9 with the winner’s full Social Security Number or the equivalent for receipt of any prize valued at $600 or more or for any prizes awarded by the Station (or any other station owned by the corporate entity that owns the Station) in a calendar year with an aggregate value of $600 or more. Failure to submit a complete W-9 or equivalent will result in forfeiture of the prize. Such winnings of $600 or more will be reported to the IRS.
By participating in the Contest, the winner agrees to have the winner’s name, voice and likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to the Contest without additional financial or other compensation, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize.
Prior to awarding any prize or prize certificate, the Station, in its sole discretion, may require Contest winner (and any travel companion(s) or guest(s)) to sign a liability release, agreeing to release and hold harmless the Station, its licensee, the licensee’s parent, subsidiary and affiliated entities, their respective officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives and all of their successors and assigns from and against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize and participation in the Contest.
If for any reason this Contest cannot be executed as planned, including, but not limited to, as a result of infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Station that corrupt or affect the security, administration, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, or if the Contest is compromised or becomes technically corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, the Station reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Contest. If the Contest is terminated before the original end date, the Station will select the winners using the methodology set forth above from among all eligible non-suspect entries received as of the termination time/date.
The Station, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Station’s website. Failure to comply with the rules of the Contest may result in a contestant’s disqualification and/or forfeiture of any prize or prizes. If the Station makes a good faith determination that an entrant has cheated or committed fraudulent activity in connection with a Contest, the Station reserves the right to disqualify that entrant from entering and/or winning future Contests and to prosecute and seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The Station reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the Contest, including, without limitation, the substitution of a prize of equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement. If due to circumstances beyond the control of the Station, any competition or prize-related event or travel is delayed, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled, the Station reserves the right, but not the obligation, to cancel or modify the Contest and shall not be required to award a substitute prize.
The Station is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the Contest or in the announcement of a prize.

For the names of the prize winners send a self-addressed stamped envelope for receipt by August 6, 2009 to the above address marked “B96 BURGER KING JONAS BROTHERS #1 FAN CONTEST – Winner List.” The Official Rules and the Winner List (when completed) shall also be available during regular business hours at the main offices of the Station and shall be posted online at www.WBBM-FM-fm.com.
